How our guides are written
Sendbiz guides are written with the help of AI, from official sources that we actually read. Every rule, date, amount, rate or threshold is linked to its source in the same sentence. Each guide is reviewed by the Sendbiz team before it is published.
Our sources
Our guides are international. When a rule depends on the country, national bodies are cited as country examples, in the form “Body (country), page updated, verified or consulted on a given date”. The country is not repeated when the name of the body already contains it. Check the rules of your own country before you act. When something cannot be verified on a reliable source, we leave it out.
Updates
We recheck the sources of every guide at most every 180 days, and as soon as a date cited in a guide has passed. The “Updated” date of a guide only changes when a substantive point has been corrected.
Corrections
Each guide has a “Report an error” link at the bottom of the page. We aim to reply within 7 days. Substantive corrections are listed, with their date, in the correction history at the bottom of the guide. Spelling and wording fixes are not listed.
Independence
No company, bank, software vendor or organisation pays to be mentioned in our guides. Names are given as examples only. Sendbiz itself is mentioned at most twice in a guide, where it helps the reader.
Neutrality
Our guides do not rank tools, companies or providers, and do not promise results (savings, income, contracts or approval). A statement about a company or a public body relies on a source cited in the same sentence.
Images
Guide images are generated by AI and show fictional people. They contain no real logo, name or brand.
Not advice
This guide gives general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Rules change and differ by country, state, sector and company size: confirm them with the official body, an accountant or a lawyer before you act.
