Who we are

Sendbiz is a B2B marketplace run by Sendbiz Inc., a Delaware corporation (file number 3105289), 2093 Philadelphia Pike, #3795, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. It connects companies, freelancers and candidates. Our legal representative in the European Union is LE LAB ENTREPRENEUR SAS (120 rue Jean Jaurès, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France). By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information about yourself and your company.
  • You keep your password secret and you are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • A person who creates a company page must be allowed to represent that company.

What you publish

You are responsible for your company page, services, products, consultants, jobs, requests, news and messages. They must be accurate, lawful and yours to publish. Do not publish discriminatory job offers, misleading prices, other people’s personal data without their consent, or content that infringes someone’s rights. You give Sendbiz the right to display this content on the site for as long as it is published.

Contacts between members

Sendbiz takes no commission on contracts. Agreements are made directly between members, who are responsible for them (quality, payment, taxes, employment law). Sendbiz is not a party to these agreements. When you click “I’m interested”, your name, title, company and contact details are sent to the seller so they can contact you.

Verification

The “Verified” badge means the company number was found in an official register and checked by our team. It does not guarantee the quality of a company’s work. See how verification works.

Paid plans and sponsoring

  • Premium is billed per team member, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Sponsored campaigns are billed at the end, on the visits actually received, never above the budget you set.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page, excluding taxes where taxes apply.

What is not allowed

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages or reselling contacts found on Sendbiz.
  • Automated collection of data (scraping) or attempts to get around security or limits.
  • Fake accounts, fake reviews, or clicking your competitors’ sponsored listings.

We may hide content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we tell you why.

Reporting illegal content

Anyone can report a page, a listing or a message that seems illegal or breaks these terms, without an account: use “Report this listing” on a job or a request, or “Report content” at the bottom of every page. Tell us what is wrong and why; add your email if you want to know our decision.

  • We review every report quickly and act without delay on content that is clearly illegal.
  • When we remove or hide content, we tell the person who published it why, and how to contest our decision by replying to us.
  • If you gave your email, we tell you what we decided and why.
  • Sponsored listings are always labelled “Sponsored” and show which company paid for them.

Contact point for users and for authorities (EU Digital Services Act), in English or French: contact@sendbiz.com.

Liability

We do our best to keep Sendbiz available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it is free of interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we tell members by email before important changes take effect. Questions: contact@sendbiz.com.
